She is an engaging instructor and her passion for Mexican cuisine shines through during her cooking classes. Sign up for one of her classes, which are held at our Eldridge location, and learn directly from one of the top chefs in Houston!

Learn how to satisfy your craving for Tex-Mex on your own, with Sylvia’s Mexican cooking classes! All classes are taught by Sylvia Casares herself, meaning you get over 20 years of culinary knowledge and techniques in Tex-Mex. Whip up tamales, fajitas, Mexican desserts and more with friends and family or even as an exciting afternoon date! Classes are on Saturdays from 2-5 p.m. and include a meal with dessert and a beverage of your choice. Places go quickly, so sign up today!

Pork and Chicken Tamales – Sylvia teaches how to make this delicious and ancient food and begin a new holiday tradition of tamales with family and friends of the holidays. This is a really fun hands on class. Come with friends and family!

SEPTEMBER 9
A very fun hands on class to learn how to make beef and chicken Chili Rellenos. Also included is a recipe for the Relleno topping and Mexican Rice.
