She is an engaging instructor and her passion for this special cuisine shines through during her cooking classes, which are held at our Eldridge location. Learn to make your favorite Authentic Mexican Food

Learn how to satisfy your craving for Tex-Mex on your own, with Sylvia’s Mexican cooking classes! All classes are taught by Sylvia Casares herself, meaning you get over 20 years of culinary knowledge and techniques in Tex-Mex. Whip up tamales, fajitas, Mexican desserts and more with friends and family or even as an exciting afternoon date! Classes are on Saturdays from 1-4 p.m. and include a meal with dessert and a beverage of your choice. Places go quickly, so sign up today!
