Sylvia's version of the classic Divorciadas is a queso fresco enchilada with roja sauce joined in matrimony with a chicken enchilada dressed in verde.

Happy September! A turn of the calendar means the next Enchilada of the Month. The Enchilada Queen Sylvia Casares’ latest creation is…Barbacoa Enchiladas topped with chile de árbol spicy red sauce, and onions served with rice and beans. $17.95.

August- The Yucatan  

Happy August! We continue our Enchilada of the Month promotion this month with the Enchilada Queen’s newest creation Enchiladas de pollo topped with salsa chipotle, sour cream and red onions served with rice and beans. $16.95. 

July - Veracruz

 A nod to the white beaches, rolling surf and fresh seafood of the Mexican Gulf coast, the Veracruz is a grilled fish enchilada featuring housemade corn tortillas, Veracruz sauce, and a mix of chunks of fresh tomato, white onions, green olives, jalapeno peppers and capers. The meal comes with rice and beans or a salad for $18.95 

June - Gonzales 

Spinach and Mushrooms Enchilada topped with a Crema de Champiñones, it comes with rice and beans or a Caesar salad $17.50

Enchilada of the Month beginning this May, offering the Three Rivers through May 31. 

Made with corn tortillas rolled around a combination of chorizo, beef fajitas and chicken fajitas and topped with spicy chile de arbol sauce, jack cheese, avocado and cilantro, it comes with rice and beans or a Caesar salad for $18.95 per person.
