Second Course

Carne Asada and Enchilada

A classic combination of wood-grilled beef fajita steak and one cheese or chicken enchilada, served with rajas poblanas con crema, rice and homemade tortillas

Boca Chica Chilean Sea Bass

grilled and topped with homemade roasted poblano pepper sauce, served with grilled vegetables and cilantro rice

Pollo con Crema

Wood-grilled chicken breast topped with creamy shrimp sauce, served with rice, beans and homemade tortillas

Camarones y Enchiladas

Grilled large Gulf shrimp with choice of one spinach or calabacita enchilada, served with grilled vegetables and cilantro rice
